Rugiadose, odorose for Voice and Piano

The graceful aria “Rugiadose, odorose” from the opera “Pirro e Demetrio“ by Alessandro Scarlatti is one of the most excellent classical pieces which make my heart beating faster at the bare mention of them. I’m an amateur pianist keen on Baroque music. At first when I found these scores I got scared of the high level of its difficulty, but then I listened to its record. Brisk joy and sweet lightness rise in me at once while listening to “Rugiadose, odorose”. And I decided that I’ll do my best to master this piece and bring these feelings all my dear relatives and friends at private home concerts.
